The ultimate time for the acceptance of a payment instruction from the client for the given value and type of payment is:

Transfers instruction delivered after cutt.off time

Both local and foreign transfers delivered to the bank after the cut-off time shall be processed as instructions delivered to the bank on the following day.

Valuation of local and foreign transfers

The client accounts to the debit of which the payment are made will be debited using the processing day value (D).
